Hi Deby,

It is true what you have been told about Pilates. I have been doing it twice a week for over five years and have more flexibility than women half my age. It also got rid of a bad case of sciatica I had developed by over-dancing ( latin). Be sure to do the Mat work as well as the machines when you are ready. No more shuffling around for twenty minutes every morning when you get out of bed! Let us know what you think of it and I will tell you how I summarize it to the delight of the trainers.
